Agency 877 strives to implement effective and compelling marketing campaigns for all of our clients. We create awesome content in the forms of print, web and beyond, for clients big and small! With that said, we’re excited to announce we’re looking to hire a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal individual for this role is someone with a strong speciality in all things social media, and is comfortable with managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns as well.

Objectives of this Role

• Write compelling social media content and manage client social media campaigns.
• Research and implement social media strategies and tactics to boost client engagement.
• Manage and optimize client Google pay-per-click campaigns.
• Understand key performance and engagement metrics. 

Job Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality, targeted social media content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Identify opportunities for social media to enhance marketing campaigns.
• Utilize multimedia and other tactics to enhance content quality.
• Implement paid social media campaigns using client-approved budgets.
• Manage and optimize search, display and video campaigns in Google Ads.
• Find opportunities to optimize campaigns via content, keyword and targeting strategies
• Communicate with clients to create content schedules and strategies.
• Objectively give/receive feedback from clients and coworkers.
• Ability to work full-time, in-person at Turbine Flats (2421 Y Street Lincoln, NE) in a fun, collaborative environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing either social media or pay-per-click campaigns.

• Degree in advertising, marketing, journalism or another equivalent field.

• Knack for writing compelling content tailored to specific target audiences.

• Strong understanding around tracking engagement and performance.

• Good presentation and communication skills. 

• Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager, Ad Manager and Google Ads.

Bonus Points

• Experience with content management or scheduling (Sendible, Hootsuite, etc) 
• Photography, videography, design or other applicable skills.
• Exceptional tolerance of spicy food and snacks!
