We’re Looking for a Graphic Designer

Agency 877 is driven to create thoughtful, out-of-the-box, and strategic design that executes our client’s vision. We’re searching for an experienced graphic designer to develop captivating concepts for print, digital, and beyond. This person should excel at designing engaging creative, inspire and be inspired by others, and take our creative efforts to the next level. 

Objectives of this Role

• Design stand-out creative to meet the demands of 877’s diverse clientele
• Collaborate with the team in creating marketing campaigns, brands, and other other deliverables
• Deliver high-quality work on time and within the allotted number of hours
• Uphold standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service
• Adhere to current creative procedures, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and propose and create processes and tools to support design operations

Job Responsibilities

• Design various print deliverables, like brochures, dynamic mailers, and booklets
• Design various digital deliverables, like emails and website and social media graphics 
• Develop visual branding with logo concepts, mood boards, style guides, color schemes, etc.
• Collaborate with and pitch ideas to clients and to our internal team
• Capture video and photo content, edit and produce into dynamic client assets

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience; agency experience is a plus
• Associate’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, namely Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Outstanding eye for design, hierarchy, and formatting 
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and precise in design calculations
• Autonomy over workload and strong time management skills; can balance projects to meet deadlines
• Able to translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
• Able to combine colors, fonts, photos, layouts, and other elements to communicate effective and creative concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to produce and edit professional photo and video content
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and AfterEffects
• Experience with WordPress (Divi and Elementor)
• Experience with print mediums and UI/UX web development
