Foxtail Meadows stands out from other developments due to the greenspaces and wetlands that surround and separate it from its urban competitors. Hoppe Development wanted to emphasize the complex’s neighborhood-feel and the playfulness of nearby amenities, including a dog park, playground, walking trails, meadow, and more. As the brand needed to appeal to a variety of ages and families, we aimed to create something that appeared energetic and fun, yet was reminiscent of the peace that comes with being outside of an urban area.

Agency 877 developed four concepts over two rounds of presentations. The Hoppe Development team loved the unique qualities of each concept, but ultimately agreed upon the logo that incorporated the unique apartment roof structure of Foxtail Meadows.
